General Information

 

Parking
Cogdell has free parking at all of its facilities.  Handicap designated spaces can be found on the Northwest side of the building as well as specially marked Ambulatory Entrance spaces on the Southwest side.  Please do not park, nor leave your vehicle unattended, under the portico at the main entrance.

 

Dining Facilities

Public food service is available in the first floor Cafeteria and Dining Room (southwest part of building).  Breakfast is served 7:45am - 8:45am and lunch 11:00am - 1:00pm, 7 days a week.
The Auxiliary Snack Bar is open 8am to 2pm Monday - Friday.
Vending machines with snacks and beverages are also located on the first floor.

Some patients are placed on specific diets which may restrict their food/fluid intake. Patients may also be undergoing tests and/or procedures which could be adversely affected by food and/or fluid. Therefore, it is most important that no food or drinks be brought to patient’s room. In certain cases, food and/or drink may be brought into the patient, but only after approval by the Charges Nurse and/or Physician. 

Tobacco / Smoking 
Cogdell Hospital is a tobacco free facility!  

As healthcare professionals, we feel that tobacco use is a serious health threat.  Cogdell Memorial Hospital is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment and working conditions for employees, patients and visitors.

The use of any tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, snuff, etc.) is prohibited on any property owned by Cogdell Memorial Hospital, including: Rehab & Wellness, Business Office, Home Health, Specialty Clinic, the Hospital and Rural Health Clinic. No medical exceptions are allowed.

Use of tobacco products are prohibited within 100 yards of Cogdell Hospital owned property.
