Dr. Tom Kerr is a 1975 graduate of Ottawa University, Ottawa Canada.  He completed his internship at St. Michael’s Hospital and his residency at Wellesley Hospital both in Toronto.  Dr. Kerr and his family have been members of the community for numerous years.
