of independence, privacy and control. Cogdell Home Health Care is a
safe and economical way to receive the skilled care you need in
order to deal with sudden or chronic health problems.
Our caring, compassionate staff and skilled professionals at Cogdell
Home Health are dedicated to making the home health experience as
helpful and pleasant as possible. Working closely with your family
physician, we provide the care you need to get on the road to
recovery.
Whether it is help with skilled nursing care, medical equipment,
therapies, home health aide services, or independent living skills,
we help make it a smooth transition from the hospital to your home.
We are available seven days a week to ensure continuity of care.

- Skilled Nursing Services
- IV Therapy Coordination
- Home Health Aide Services
- Physical Therapy
- Speech/Language Therapy
- Nutritional Support and Counseling
- Coordination of Equipment and Supplies
- Coordination of Oxygen Therapy
In many cases, the services of Cogdell Home Health can be filed
through private insurance, worker’s compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, or
private pay.
Our service area includes: Coahoma, Colorado City, Dunn, Fluvanna,
Hermleigh, Ira, Loraine, Roby, Roscoe, Rotan, Snyder, Sweetwater, Union,
and Westbrook
Our office is open 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Skilled nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week
