A native West Texan, John graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has previously been CEO for Central Arkansas Hospital, Alice Regional Hospital and Highland Medical Center in Lubbock. He has extensive experience in maintaining the financials for facilities where he has worked, contract negotiations, preparing cost reports for multiple hospitals, audits, performing cost analyses and budgets as well as implementing cost savings plans. John became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s leading professional society for healthcare leaders in 2009.

Teresa and her family are long time residents of Snyder. She graduated with a Licensed Vocational Nursing degree in 1990 and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Howard College in 1992. Teresa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree with anticipated graduation date in November 2012. She has held various positions during her nursing career to include OB and Medical/Surgical, Home Health Supervisor- Outreach, Orthopedic Office nurse/Assistant in surgery to Orthopedic physician, Regional Nurse Supervisor-Covenant, Director of Case Management, and Director of Quality Improvement.
Jo Beth Everett, RN

Jo Beth is a Snyder native. She graduated from the LVN program at Western Texas College in 1982 and went on to pursue her RN degree graduating in 1991 from Howard College. She has held various nursing and administrative positions during her tenure at Cogdell Memorial Hospital to include Med/Surg, ICU and ER Departments, Employee Health, Infection Control, Assisted Living Administrator, Asst. Administrator, and Human Resources Director.
