Bill’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology, Masters of Science degrees in Physiology and Health Care Administration in addition to a Doctorate in Epidemiology.  His employment background includes Vice President-Hermann Hospital, Regional Vice President-Summitt Health Corporation, Vice President- St. Mary Hospital, Sr. Vice President-Covenant Hospital, Ceo-Heart Hospital, Odessa; CEO-Highland Hospital, Lubbock, and CEO-Woodland Hills Hospital in Lufkin.


   John Everett, CFO, FACHE  
2006 to Present

A native West Texan, John graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  He has previously been CEO for Central Arkansas Hospital, Alice Regional Hospital and Highland Medical Center in Lubbock. He has extensive experience in maintaining the financials for facilities where he has worked, contract negotiations, preparing cost reports for multiple hospitals, audits, performing cost analyses and budgets as well as implementing cost savings plans.  John became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s leading professional society for healthcare leaders in 2009.



   Kristi Hanley
Chief Quality Officer

Kristi is a native of West Texas.  She graduated Howard College with an Associates of Applied Sciences and received her RN license in 2000.  Kristi received a BFA from Stephens College in 1994 and is currently pursing an MSN from Liberty University.  She has previously worked at Gateway Medical Center, Nashville Medical Research Institute, and the Vanderbilt Page-Campbell Heart Institute in addition to Mitchell County Hospital.  Kristi has held various nursing and administrative positions during her career as an RN.  She has held the position of Charge Nurse, QI/RM Compliance Officer, Research Nurse Specialist, Clinical Research Coordinator, Case Management and Indigent Health Care Program Coordinator.
