For more than 55 years, Cogdell Memorial Hospital has proudly served the residents of Snyder and Scurry County, and surrounding areas, with quality
health, medical and surgical care for inpatient, outpatient and emergency department patients.
The Medical Campus includes the Family / Rural Clinic, Specialty Clinic, Business Office, Home Health, Rehab and Wellness Center, Assisted Living Center and the Hospital.
The Hospital services include a 24-hour 7 day a week Emergency Department, Heli-Port for medical air transportation, Day /Ambulatory Surgery, SCU, Laboratory, Patient Floors, OB & Nursery, Surgery Facilities, Pharmacy, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab, and Social Services.

The award acknowledges hospitals for improving care related to acute
myocardial infarction or AMI (heart attack), heart failure, pneumonia
and surgical care. These clinical areas have been designated as national
health care priorities by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
(CMS) and The Joint Commission, an independent nonprofit,
standards-setting and accrediting body in health care.
